I think your article is very nicely worded, It’s nice to see conservatives throw principal to the wind for vocabulary (among other things). Unfortunately Ben, I’m afraid you’ve confused what a “conservative” is and what a “Liberal” is. See as you have it in your piece here, you say in reference to how scripture or government is understood you believe conservatives ask “What does this mean?” Yet you believe liberals ask “What does this mean to me?” I know the truth is out there, I’m just not sure you got aboard the truth train. See lets take our leaders of today, and lets use your freedom of speech argument. The 1st Amendment is your right to free speech, free to practice whatever religion you please, to assemble in peace and have your grievances heard, and for the press to have the freedom to report. Liberals see this as what it means, they may not agree with what your saying, but they respect your right to say it thus why Fox News and a lot of other “Conservative” sights and shows have not been canceled. Conservatives on the other hand are aware you have the right and by any means will do whatever to limit your right case and point Bush 43 and you conservative folks said “Questioning a president in war time is boarder line Treason!!!” Yet still in war time, not only do you question our commander in chief, you classify him as a socialist, as a racist of all things!!! All of this hypocrisy and yet the Liberals still allow you to express yourself!!! Not because of what the 1st amendment means “to them” but because of what it means, not spreading lies and falsehoods and skewing the meaning of the 1st amendment because what it means “To conservatives!”
