Sudden Prayer Warriors…
I’d wager that upon receiving news of Rush Limbaugh’s hospitalization with “chest pains,” a great many otherwise godless leftists have suddenly dropped to their knees in prayer… except it isn’t for a healing!
UPDATE from REV NEV (12/31/09): Ben anticipated the liberal response to the news of Rush’s hospitalization. Kuddos to the pundits who showed some class. Shame on those who would wish him ill.

The conspiracy theorists will also notice BO was in the same state…
You know, Ben, for a man of God you are EXTREMELY judgmental. It seems almost like you have unbridled HATRED for anything or any one who doesn’t think like you. I don’t know, but if that is true you must understand something about me. First and foremost I am a man of God. I’m an INTELLIGENT liberal thinker. I’m a registered independant (though I do lean left). And, as I’m sure RevNev will attest to, I LOVE to debate.
With that being said, as a man of God, I would never actively pray for the further harm of a man when he is already down. Even if I can’t stand the guy.

Well, gee. Rush himself in his Today Show interviews said that many on the left can’t wait for him to die… do a google search and you’ll be amazed at the number of folks who wish he would croak. I never make unfounded statements. Because I have integrity.
(pushed the post button prematurely)
I’m sure there are some people who are praying for Rush’s demise. But honestly, there are probably “SAVED” repubs who are praying for the death or assasination of our President!
SO WHAT if Rush SAID that people want him to die. It’s pure speculataion. He doesn’t actually KNOW that people want him to die. It’s a good educated guess, but it’s not FACT because Rush SAID it on the Today Show. What?!?!?
Hey, check this out. Read this article about a right wing PASTOR who is praying that President Obama dies of brain cancer. Like Ted Kennedy. WHAT?!?!? http://chattahbox.com/us/2009/08/31/arizona-pastor-wants-president-obama-to-die-like-ted-kennedy-of-brain-cancer/
