Another Example of Liberal Lunacy
Check this out – MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan (a wacko liberal) gets Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) on his show and he berates her. He totally shuts her down and then kicks her off his show. (Watch it HERE.) The reason for his tirade was that in his mind the health care reform bill isn’t liberal enough.
While there is much he says – yells, actually – there is only one thing on which I want to comment. And it shows the stupidity of the liberal mind. Really, let me be clear: liberals are stupid. They could be pitied if it weren’t that they are simultaneously evil and dangerous.
Anyway, Ratigan goes on this tirade about the profits being made by the insurance companies and that these companies have a monopoly on the health insurance business. Ok. Get that? You can go check it out, but there is a list about as long as my arm of companies that sell health insurance in this country. Ratigan isn’t berating a member of Congress with the assertion that any particular company has a monopoly, but that the health insurance companies AS AN INDUSTRY have a monopoly on offering health insurance to the American populace! That kind of thinking is dumb, dumb, DUMB! That is like saying, “Automakers have a monopoly on the production of automobiles!” “Gas stations have a monopoly on the sale of gasoline!” “Dairy farms have a monoploy on the production of milk!” I could go on and on and on. The point is this: Liberals are seemingly incapable of rational thought.

Well. You’ve set a very combative tone with this post. Liberals are no stupider than republicans. I take offense that you would bluntly lable a whole chunk of American citizens as “stupid” because of what ONE liberal said. Yes. That was a stupid coment. If he thought about it more before he spoke he may have worded it differently. But does that make him and all other liberals in the country just STUPID? If so, republicans are stupid because Orly Taitz convince a big chunk of repubs, and even started a movement declaring that President Obama is not even an American citizen. Republicans are stupid because Glenn Beck threw a baby frog into a giant pot of boiling water and was ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHED that it did’nt jump out. Republicans are stupid because Sarah Palin is stupid. And all republicans are quitters because Sarah Palin is, too.
Do you see where I’m going with this?
Don’t generalize and label half the nation as “stupid” because of something stupid that one liberal said.

Except it is liberals who by their amazing combination of both lunacy and deviousness engage in activities to appeal to the base inclinations of the maliable masses towards their own gain. In the cases you mentioned, there wasn’t stupidity. In regards to Obama’s citizenship – that was indeed up for question (but let’s not remember that) and in regards to Beck, that was a show antic (it was a rubber frog) to make a point. Etc.

It wasn’t a rubber frog. The GENUINE astonishment on Beck’s face when the frog didn’t jump out spoke clearly that the idiot really expected the frog to jump out. I saw him struggle to get the thing out of the container with the 4 – 5 other baby frogs that were in it as well. Just because he said it was rubber does not change what I saw. I still don’t think ALL republicans are stupid, though. Even the ones who believed him after they, just like me, saw the same thing I saw, and believed him when he said it was a rubber frog.
As far as President Obama’s citizenship, yeah, it was up for question (I remembered)… until his birth certificate was made public online. And even after that, it still wasn’t enough for the fringe. I still don’t think ALL republicans are stupid.
I’m glad that you left Sarah out of your response.
Finally. If you think that republicans don’t “engage in activities to appeal to the base inclinations of the malleable masses towards their own gain”, you may want to pay more attention to your party.

Just one more reply from me about this, and I thank you for your repeated posts making my point.
You can look up the Beck “frog incident” all over the web. It was a fake. In fact, he took heat for “deceiving” his audience into thinking he had killed a frog. It doesn’t mater what you thought you saw on tv – it was fake.
Being condecending again I see. It’s OK. Most consevatives go that route when they can’t prove their point. Not all, though.
So I’m gonna do the site a favor:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uL5Gjbn7SM
Watch as he reaches in and misses one frog, and then another frog jumps into his hand and he closes it. Then watch the shock on his face when the frog does’nt jump out. LOL, he even does a double take to see if it was just slow to jump out! And then, even though everyone watching his show just saw him throw a live baby frog into a pot of boiling water, he says “it was fake”. WHAT?!?!? And even though people just watched what he did, they believe him when he SAYS it was fake? (aparently, all you need do is SAY something and it becomes FACT for some) And simply for the fact that I have a liberal mind, “I” am STUPID?!?!?
Check. Mate.

Let Beck speak for himself.
To be a liberal is to be stupid. Or evil. Or both.
You flip-flopper! You said the post before that one was your last post!
The clip looked like a lot of “after show” editing to me. If indeed it was a rubber frog, then what was the point he was trying to make if he knew it wasn’t going to jump out? That’s stupid. If he knew the frog was not going to jump out of the boiling water, and he knew that that theory was a myth, then why even bring it up? That’s stupid.
Either way it goes, Beck is not bright. If the frog were real, he is stupid for thinking it would jump out of the water. If it were fake, he thinks his audience is stupid for explaining the build up to whatever point he was trying to make ON AIR knowing full well that it was not going to jump out of the water! And then explaining OFF AIR that it was all a hoax? And he only did that because he started getting bad press? WHAT?!?!? THAT IS STUPID!
But to drive my point home, are ALL republicans stupid because Glenn Beck is? No.
Are all liberals stupid because of what Dylan Ratigan stupid? No.
Are you, Ben, (being the man of integrity that you are) overstepping your bounds by labeling ALL liberals as stupid or evil (WHAT?!?!?)? ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY!
You’re not better than me… or anyone else for that matter in God’s eyes.
You might want to watch that “holier than thou” attitude you have. I won’t be answering to you when I die.
